Your subscription is billed annually at $100 CAD. When you sign up, you are charged immediately and your subscription renews automatically each year on the same date. You will receive a receipt by email after each payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

One subscription covers everyone living at your registered home address. All household members can create their own accounts and search for doctors independently, all under a single $100/year subscription. There is no limit to the number of people covered at the same address.

DoctorDoctor is not a medical service and is not covered by OHIP or any provincial health insurance plan. It is a directory service that helps you find doctors who are accepting new patients in your area. The subscription fee covers the cost of maintaining the platform and providing search tools.

DoctorDoctor is funded entirely by patient subscriptions. Doctors can register, list their practice, set their catchment area, and connect with new patients at no cost. We do not charge commissions, referral fees, or any other fees to healthcare providers. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for doctors to reach patients who need them.
